This 3-story affordable housing project, located in San Diego, consists of 52 studio apartments that offer permanent supportive housing for formerly unhoused seniors. The constrained, terraced site created challenges with grading and drainage. The beautiful finished product includes wood framing, thermal solar system, lobby with parcel lockers and computer stations, community room with a full kitchen and a landscaped courtyard.
