Nook East Village, now known as Alcove East Village, is a 91-unit affordable micro apartment project in the East Village neighborhood in downtown San Diego. The project included extensive abatement and demolition of an existing 128-year-old building and the construction of four wood-framed floors over a podium deck, extensive underground infrastructure, common facilities, residential amenities, commercial space, a rooftop deck, and related improvements.
