This supportive affordable housing project consists of 74 apartments for formerly unhoused seniors. The challenging terraced site has three stories of wood framing over multiple tiered podium decks. The project includes photo-voltaic rooftop solar with back-up batteries, large exterior courtyard patio area for residents, fitness room, community kitchen, offices, nursing station, and other extensive resident amenities.
