The Shores at North Beach is a 13-unit affordable housing renovation project in Ocean Beach. This six-month renovation included infrastructure, landscaping, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, site, and other improvements. The Shores at North Beach, utilizes Homekey funding and will provide much needed studio apartments for formerly unhoused San Diego residents, including extensive resident services.
