Grant’s passion for construction started at an early age when he was a teenager working as a laborer for AGC on various projects. When it was evident that Grant was on a path to purchase AGC from his parents and become a second-generation contractor, Grant continued his passion for construction at the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, where he graduated with a degree in Construction Management. As part of Grant’s calculated and deliberate journey to becoming President of AGC, Grant put in the hard work in all aspects of AGC, from the field to project management to operations. Grant’s foundation and desire to lead AGC into the future is based on AGC’s success over the last 35 years and he has now developed his own leadership style, which is based on commitment, vision, and extensive hands-on experience. Grant’s free time is spent enjoying outdoor activities such as surfing and hunting.
