Todd has over 27 years of construction experience, including as a carpenter, foreman, estimator, and project manager on numerous single-family tract home projects, multi-family apartment communities, and ground up commercial buildings in both California and Nevada. Todd now utilizes his skill and expertise as a full-time superintendent focusing on multi-family projects, including slab on grade, podium, subterranean, and renovation projects. Outside of work Todd is the proud father of two young adults and loves time with them. He and his wife enjoy live music, camping and hiking, and traveling to new places.
